(St. Thomas, USVI) – Commissioner Dawn L. Henry, Esq., of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources is pleased to announce that VITRAN has extended its bus service to include the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library in Tutu Park Mall. “DPNR is truly appreciative of the extension authorized by DPW’s Commissioner Gustav James to accommodate library patrons,” “It is all about accessibility and service to the public,” said Commissioner Henry.
The fixed bus route in the “country” was implemented on Tuesday, November 10th which now extends the current route at the Tutu Park Mall to include service to the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library during its hours of operation. Generally, the rural route bus will arrive to the Tutu Park Mall: 9:15a.m.; 11:15a.m; 1:15p.m and 3:15p.m. The public is asked to remain patient as the traffic into the country dictates the actual arrival of the bus to the Tutu Mall area.
