Would you like to see the Charles Wesley Turnbull Regional Library open evenings and weekends? Would you like Enid M. Baa Library downtown to re-open? Would you like to have interesting programs like cultural exchanges, community events, TED talks, book groups, concerts, art exhibits, and more, happening at our beautiful new library?

WE NEED YOU TO STAND FOR ELECTION TO THE BOARD OF THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARIES TO ADVOCATE FOR THESE CHANGES.
Being a board member requires being elected at the annual meeting on Jan 29th, attending a meeting a month, fulfilling assignments for various projects, lending your expertise and energy to making St. Thomas a more literate community. The annual meeting will be held on Friday, Jan. 29 from 6-8pm at the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library. Mark your calendars and come join us as we work to garner support and strength in numbers to let it be known that library services and literacy are important for a thriving and striving community.

Please contact Friends of St. Thomas Public Libraries at helping@fostpl.org or call Cynthia Richards at 340-344-1441 by Jan. 22 to express your interest.
