Commissioner Dawn L. Henry Esq. of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources is pleased to announce that the Friends of the St. Thomas Public Libraries (FOSTPL) have generously donated a book-drop to the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library. The book-drop has been installed at the front entrance of the Tutu Park Mall.

Open 24 hours a day, the convenient book-drop is located under the covered awning public-entry mall walkway, adjacent to the Post Office door.  Library staff will make daily afternoon pick-ups of returned books deposited into the book-drop.

”The department greatly appreciates and acknowledges the FOSTPL for this generous donation and also to the Tutu Park Mall Management for their support in our public service to the community,” Commissioner Henry stated. The department also reminds the public that the book-drop at the Old Enid Baa Library is also still an option for returned books.
